I'd like to save the cost of shipping, if possible, so is there anywhere that carries them locally, and any idea what they run price wise?

You'll probably spend more in gas driving around to find them than you would in shipping. I'd hit amazon or chinook med.

I prefer the H Bandage to the Izzy. We sell trauma kits with some of the basics..

There was a guy at the last 1500 selling Israeli bandages and other trauma/ medical items( sam splints, other trauma dressings, tourniquets, etc.). They were under 5$ each for the trauma dressings.I bought a bunch of stuff from him.

For the cost of two of the above trauma kits you can go to Walgreens ( they seem to have more of this stuff than CVS) and buy 5x9's, roll gauze, gloves and a set of shears, hit up tractor supply for some of there camo horse wound wrap and have 6 or 8 trauma kits for packs and vehicles or whatever. I put mine together and vacuum sealed it with a food saver. Works pretty well.
Then get some sort of training.
