I have a Sig 762 DMR for sale at the the top end of your range but it comes full of accessories including sling, Bipod, and case etc.

I have a RRA 20" that has been 100%, heavy & does use non-std mags, but fun to shoot. Also have a Sig 716 that uses PMags, 16" and fun to shoot. Again, 100% functional thus far.

If I were to buy another, I'd likely build my own as others above have mentioned.

I have had 2 AR10's and loved them both but the M1A Socom II 16" has been my favorite 308 semi auto to date to shoot. But you cant go wrong either way I don't think.
