AR500 Armor recalls Level III Body Armor | The Columbus Dispatch

Recall on AR500armor.com armor for not meeting stated ballistic protection. I know more than a few people here own these plates so thought I'd put this up here.

I was part of that recall. Got my replacement plates last week.

So do we HAVE to send back the bad plates if we did not sell or trade them to anyone else?

Remedy: Consumers should immediately stop using the recalled body armor and contact the firm for instructions to receive replacement body armor. AR500 will contact all known purchasers about the recall.

Great... Judging by my experience I'll never get the call, better go check my plates, thanks!
