Anyone have experience with Archangel's tech support, which is actually Pro Mag tech support? Over the past week and a half, I have called them multiple times. Most often it is busy, but it was answered twice. The first time, they said the tech support guy was working with someone else and took my information to call me back. It never happened. I called back a few days later and was told he was off for the day. I sent an message from their website and still haven't heard back.
I just want to see if a Sparta stock will fit on my Mini-14 model 5848, 582 series. It is a tactical model, but clearly says Ranch. They said I need to talk to the tech guy who never seems to be there or to return calls/emails.
It is hard to believe there is only 1 tech support person in the whole company. Any opinions on the tech support and if it will actually fit??
