It says it's extending deadlines for renewal of licenses and permits. I didn't see anything saying that the lockdown was being extended or that Phase 3 is being extended.

That's the way I'm reading it; extending deadlines and programs, such as allowing DCS to continue services to young adults who "aged out" of foster care at 18 (paragraph 1).

If Holcomb is a RHINO, then you might be surprised about the number of RHINO's in Indiana today. A poll in April showed 63% of Hoosiers approved of the way the Governor is handling the COVID-19 pandemic, and 81% supported the stay at home order. I've been quite happy with him as our governor, so I guess I'm a RHINO too.

Governor issued an Executive Order today extending the health disaster emergency to July 4[SUP]th .[/SUP]There’s no word yet on how or if this will affect the state’s re-opening plan, which is scheduled to move to stage 4 on June 14th.

I don't believe this changes anything. It's basically a 30 day renewal declaring it's still an emergency. Keeps the Fed funds flowing in.

Dont see anything in that EO that extends or prolongs the phases laid out and expires basically same date we're supposed to be fully opened back up anyway.

If I remember right....governor's(And it seems likely its the same in many states) can only declare a emergency like this in 30 day increments....thus he had to renew it or the other 'reopening plan' steps would not be in force? That's my thought anyway.
