Last week I purchased a rear sight laser from LaserLyte (RL-XD) for my XD-M.
While trying to adjust it I managed to strip the screw for the elevation part of the sight. No fault of the product, just an inept worker. Anyway, I called the company today to see what I had to do to fix it. I explained the situation to the representative telling her it was not the fault of the product but mine alone. She took my information and said she will send a new unit to me at no charge and will pay the shipping to return to broken one. Now that's what I call great customer service!! We discussed at length the proper adjustment of the sight so the same thing will not happen again. If anyone is considering new or replacement optics for their gun, I recommend at least looking at what LserLyte has to offer. Just thought I'd share some good news.

Always like to hear who has good customer service. Even if I'm not in the market it tells me the place I'll look when I am.
