The "list" will be irrelevant due to the single characteristic wording. If it is semi-automatic, takes a removable magazine, and has any one "military like" feature, it would be banned under her proposal. That includes rifles, shotguns, and pistols. It is essentially a complete ban on modern firearms. So, again, the list is irrelevant, nothing falling in this category of even semi-modern design or remotely scary looking would be on the "nice" list, and everything fitting the above would be found on the "naughty" list.
