    that looks GOOD! i may have to try that. when my wife was pregnant with our first, she said her prenatal vitamins upset her stomach and the taste reminded her of spoiled bacon. she hasn't eaten any bacon since, and usually complains when i cook bacon in the house.

    i'd have to let the coals burn down though, so my bacon doesn't get too crispy.

    MMM that does look good! i will be trying that.

    i fell asleep while cooking pigs feet a few years ago and they started smoking and filled my house with smoke which woke me up and that smell was horrible. i didnt want any pork for a while and sometimes i still get that taste in my mouth. its like a dead body smell, you never forget it.

    I'm a limp bacon kind of guy, but that being said I might even be inclined to eat a few pieces uncook if I were getting the bacon DT's bad enough.
