    So...

    Following the logic of a "nonviolent" offense, could this ruling or its logic be used to overturn state or federal bans on other nonviolent convictions impeding the exercise of civil rights?

    For example, someone who has an OWI felony being denied the right to vote or own firearms.

    If we follow the logic of the case it could go well beyond just firearms and the 2A, maybe...?
