Search didn't come up with anything so here ya'll go.

B of A does it again. Gun seller isn't allowed access to funds from Internet sales. Bank Mgr says the accounts are under "Review".

    HER EXACT WORDS WERE …
..” WE BELIEVE YOU SHOULD NOT BE SELLING GUNS and PARTS ON THE INTERNET “

I'm getting flat out effing tired of the looney left and their power trip.
It's time to stop this crap.

I'm thinking one could sue for this if it isn't spelled out in BoA's terms? Damages would be time to recover your own money, plus interest, and any costs of short term financing to bridge the gap?

Look up rights under Regulation E for electronic deposits and banking. Then, Sue. Sue lots. Don't stop suing until you can buy every gun you could ever conjure up with BofA funds. They are the epitome of evil in financial institutions and support such causes as those from the HSUS. Therefore, if you like guns and bacon, I advise against them.

My wife works in compliance at a financial institution and says that this seems rather illegal.

I have refused to have anything to do with BoA ever since they did their damnedest to weasel out of the death insurance on a loan my parents had with them when dad died.

Long story short, they succeeded. They basically ended up defrauding my mom for almost 20 grand. NOTHING those scum sucking *******s do surprises me. I can't believe that they are still in business with the way they treat their customers.

Who needs good customers when you have bad government in your pocket?

I had similar troubles with banks when I opened an electronic cigarette store. Banks fear them as they do with firearms.

Even the evil that is Google won't allow either category to be advertized.

I'm a Bing/Duck-Duck-Go convert and the banks can kiss my a$$.

I know someone with 8 figure assets at a BOA subsidiary that is in the process of divesting over their anti 2A activism, and is letting them know it.

Let them make believe it isn't costing them.

I have six rental units with them. I would drop them like a hot rock if any other bank would pick me up.

They have me tied in because the current market means banks won't touch someone with as many loans as I have.

I will never do additional business with them, that's for sure.

I would imagine B of A has lots of fine print in their merchant agreement allowing them to play games like this.

Hopefully American Spirit has a backup merchant account, Paypal, etc.

Bank of America Corp is publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange. The ticker symbol is BAC. The management of this large corp. is making decisions creating this kind of hold, or stopped transaction flow. Ridiculous!
