Banning assault eggs?

After taking a hard boiled egg out of the refrigerator where it had been living since last night, our easter project called for a hot egg. My son said an egg could not be warmed via microwave but hey.... he is only 13 what does he know? 3 minutes in a microwave later I am proudly walking this egg to the prep table and boom! Man, 2 children, 2 dogs down...Egg splattered on walls, ceilings, pets covering half of the house... Fully believe my eye will be black in the morning.

This was an unbelievable moment and not one any of us will ever forget. My wife yelled from the back room as she thought it was a gunshot..

OMG ! My father did this at his work 20yrs ago and when he retired in 07 it was still being talked about !! He had burns on his chest from the eggsplosion most of his co workers wouldn't sit with him if he was using the microwave. Glad to hear no one was hurt .
