    Some of the key attributes of a lever gun is its handiness, slim profile, ballance...this doesn't appear to cover any of those.
    Right. I don’t see any benefit other than trying to be different and stand out. Standing out is the last thing I want in a gun fight, or a hunt for that matter, but Hollywood has taught many differently. To each his own.

    Anyone remember the “pump” AK’s they brought into the country about 15 ish years ago?….just another way to get guns to those behind enemy lines….Khaliphornia, New Jerksey, New Dork, Illannoy….

    I must have missed that. I remember the revolver lever action abomination from years past, though.

    I could see your point about restrictive states if it ships with a runt mag and bullet button (I’m still not entirely sure what that is), but I still have to question why? At the risk of sounding like our esteemed “CIC,” Just get a lever action for the reasons outlined previously by Magyars. It’s not much less capacity after you factor mag bans, and unlike ARs, this actually looks scary.

    Like, “this could blow up in my hands and kill me, if I could just get it to reliably cycle once,” scary.
