Bootleg has been my go to for over 20 years. Best baked potato in the city. Hopefully they will have their homemade sugar cream pie when you visit.

Been to Smoketown and it was good 'cue. Pretty cool hole-in-the-wall. They have a selection of bottled craft beers, no bar.
Neighborhood's not the best and mostly street parking, but Indy's got it's areas too.
