    I had purchased a scope from Alan a year ago or so and was very happy with it. So when he ran a Labor Day sale on the Sparc I ordered one for my new AR. I quickly found out before I even tried to mount it was not going to work for me due to a eye condition I have.
    Sent Alan a message to see if I could return it for credit toward a scope. He said no problem, send it back.
    Sent it back on Thursday, he got it on Friday with my check to cover the price difference, mailed the new scope the same day, and I received it today-Saturday! This whole process from the ordering the Sparc to getting the new scope was 7 days. He even ate the cost to send the 2nd scope. Couldn't ask for more!
