    I see some apparently good advice and bad in this thread. Here is a link to a recent video in which the authors actually test various options on multiple wall sections of typical construction. This may shed some light on what has become accepted "truth" without proof. This is something we should all be aware of in order to make good decisions, based on your own situation.
