I thought SYG was a law, and not a program or group? How does one "reduce funding" for a law that gives people the right to NOT run away from a conflict?

I'm wondering, can Indiana introduce a law to cut funding of the Federal Government? Tell the Feds that if they want Hoosier's money, they need to cut the BS for once?

Would only be effective post-16th Amendment repeal. Until then, the Feds have the power to reach right in to Hoosiers' pockets and bank accounts.

And this Jackson-Lee proposal is going no where.

I'm not going to be made helpless and get shot in the back as I'm forced to run away, just because some jack-hole in Washington decided I can defend myself in my own home. That's not the country I want to live in. If I am ever going to be shot it's either going to be at my own hand, due to negligence, or right in the face as I'm staring down the person I'm shooting back at.
