I didnt see a muzzy section for posting this so here goes:
    Anyone use BH209 this year?
A friend of mine raved about it so I bucked up and converted my tc black diamond to a 209 cap. I was very pleased with the result:
    consistently accurate
    less recoil and noise
    less smoke
    less cleaning
It has lessened my desire for a smokeless savage.

Well one powder isn't going to be noticable quiet then another. And if you have less recoil you are probably shooting at a lower velocity. I am going to try it out this summer. I'm getting into long range muzzleloading. I also have a smokeless I will be playing with.

I've not switched yet, mainly because I have 2 lbs of 777 FFg sitting in the cabinet still unopened...
BUT, friends of mine that have used it report the same results as 777 without the need to clean as often (especially with an Omega and barnes sabots). No crud ring is a big advantage.
Claim is also true that you can use Hoppes #9, or Shooter's Choice, or Butch's Bore Shine, or whatever you prefer to clean the bore.
I'll be trying some when my 777 is gone.
Good luck and let us know your results if you buy some!

I've heard great stuff about it too, but like Kimber7man, I've got a stockpile of 777 that I need to go through first... and wait for it to be more reasonably priced! Would love to try it though.
