    We were thinking of getting a Blackstone, but like a bunch of folks, were a little uneasy about throwing down on one without knowing if we would like it or not. My wife found these after a bit of searching....Steelmade
    We are beyond pleased with it, and will probably never feel the need for a dedicated flat top grill. It fits perfectly on our Weber Genesis and seems to have all the benefits of a Blackstone without the price. At the least it's an inexpensive...relatively! way to try flat top cooking.

    I just opened this thread to post about a griddle for sale.
    Basically the same as a Blackstone, but with the Sam's club "Member's Mark" logo.
    Sam's club has the 36" model on sale right now for $199.
    That's a deal.
    Yeah the Sam's griddle is a good looking piece. So far since bringing it home last Sunday we've cooked dinner on it 4 times and she's working on lunch right now. I think it's a hit.
