If it wasn't for the Liberal mecca of IU Bloomington would be nothing more than small town Indiana and would be a quality place.

I would boycott Bloomington, but I already avoid the place. Just an annoying set of stoplights on my way farther south.

What are we, 12 years old? If you don't like something, you take your ball and go home?

I'm with you, ghunter, let's all take a vacation to the great state of AZ. We get to open carry, and everyone we see is either a US citizen or possesses the proper Visa or passport!

I have allready called the lord mayors office to enform him I hope he boycotts everywere. I will go vacation in Arizona myself and am happy not to pay for he and his libtard henchmen to travel out of his socialist eutopia. No vacation on my dime for you this year pal. Maybe he can go camp out with his homless buddies at the new flop shelter.

I live in between Bloomington and Bedford...in Lawrence County...By choice...was born and raised in Monroe and Chose to buy property, build a home and send my tax money to Lawrence county..for a number of reasons..including a lot of crap like this. Lets see....boycott a state that is going to enforce laws that are already on the books and created a new law to make that task easier...that makes sense....I think we should take all the illegal immigrants and send them to Bloomington to live..although they wouldnt be welcome,, unless they were Liberal Democrats, gay, educated and Homeless....if they didnt meet any of these criteria they would have to have to get by being the serfs of the IU /Mornoe county establishment! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

It hit the HT this morning, complete with statements by Kruzan. Apparently, the city contracts with a company owned out of AZ for trash disposal, and another that provides software to the city motor pool. Mr. Mayor said that these relationships would remain unchanged. Business as usual.

I contacted Gov Brewer's office and told her that we're not all idiots in Indiana. Reminded her to "take" the boycott for what it's worth - a left-leaning town in Indiana that the people I associate in life with don't agree with. Also told her in the message that I would financially support Arizona here in Indiana any way that I can.

Well, there was that resolution against the war that caused us to remove all troops from Iraq.

Since Arizona did nothing more than rewrite the federal law, Bloomington and others should picket or boycott the federal government for not enforcing the constitution and protecting our boarders as they are charged with doing!

That's it...I'm boycotting Bloomington, the State of California, and Mexico.

Maybe AZ should start a minute man type project to monitor the border.
