    Dang, that Cat is bigger than what I thought Bobcats get.....Is that typical for west central IN???

    I don't know about west central IN but that would be about average size for an adult in south west Indiana. I get trail cams photos of a couple bobcats that size or larger every year.

    That may actually be the one I read about on FB. It was a few days ago so I couldn't remember for sure which county, but Gordon does sound right for the CO's name. I have never seen a bobcat in our area and am not sure how close they are to us. There must be a lot more in other areas of the state.

    Different cat. This release was last fall. The one you are talking about was in a snare.. That would be a lot more difficult to release...
