128.4 on my bottle of Booker's. I think the best value in bourbon may be Ezra B. or the Elijah Craig 12yo; but for the best bourbon I've ever tasted it's going to be close between Pappy Van Winkle Family Reserve 20yo, and Wild Turkey Tribute. A.H. Hirsch 16yo is right up there, too.
The amount and type of grains used and the length of aging and type of barrel it aged in are part of it being bourbon. You can make and bottle it anywhere.
