I'm putting away certain amounts of a certain caliber, but I'm wondering if different brands are interchangeable. I know they say as long as they are the same loads, such as 115 grain and 115 grain, but I am wondering if I can mix say federal with perfecta, or even federal with american eagle. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The same caliber is interchangeable in your pistol of course, but there is no way to determine the powder or charge used by the manufacturer. Even different lots from the same company could vary.

    In my personal experience:
Remington UMC is a tad underpowered
Winchester white box (wwb) is a tad underpowered and a bit dirty
Tulammo (steel case) is a bit underpowered and quite dirty.

The brands you mention are fine, any differences will be small, but almost certainly within spec

Obviously 9mm. Are you putting away Hollow points or fmj?

    Define interchangeable.
Will they all fire in the gun--yes. Will they all have the same POI--no. Will they all feed in gun--only you and your gun can determine. As said, will they have the same velocity--no, not even different lots of the same brand will have "the same" average velocity. They won't even have the "same" bullets--bullet length, ogive, meplat, bearing surface length, hardness, etc.
They should all be made to SAAMI specs for dimensions and max pressures.
