Until the 'thug' lifestyle is considered 'uncool', we will have more of this.

My advice....harsher penalties including immeadiate death. Just saying...

Uh.... the "thug lifestyle" has been "cool" for portions of USian society since the at least the old west, updated during Prohibition, and has always been an undercurrent in our culture.

I think the other post referred to the more recent economic downturn. ;) Big economic crises tend to show an increase in crimes like this, as I understand it.

As if black men are the only ones who rob banks... Come on, people. This isn't about "thug culture".

You know how in the "thug" lifestyle, they always sag their pants/shorts? That actually started in prison, as a signal to other MALES that you were "available"

I honestly don't think the "thugs" know that.

    Indy urban west.
    Situational awareness.

I hate drive throughs, and ATM's. I use them occasionally, but with great caution.

I use drive throughs and ATMs but usually only in daylight and always in this configuration. :draw: :)

I stand corrected. Thank you for informing me.

Just take my Broncos to the super bowl this year, Mr. Tebow, and all's well.

BTW, the area where this robbery took place is a relatively nice area. 25th and Poplar is well-traveled, would not be considered a 'bad' part of town... I'd have no worries walking there after dark unarmed. Old people use a mall about 100 yards away as a place to walk. Just goes to show you.
