It's a bit better today, but I've had congestion and 2x4 headaches (that's where it feels like someone whacked me square in the face with a 2x4) and some of the itchy eyes the last couple of days.

2. Acquire an e-meter
3. Tie self to volcano

Completely line your office with bubble wrap, being sure to seal all edges and seams. Figure out a way to pump in oxygen and a way to install toilet facilities. You're good to go!

Line the walls with 6 mil poly properly taped.
Tape a good seal around the air handler vents.
