    I still have some tweaks but this was the first time I was able to actually get it out and shoot at it. I am pretty happy with it!!!

    Binder clips, I have around 20 bucks in this not counting my boat battery, clays, and I salvaged the motor from a paper shredder.

    This may be a stupid question, but what exactly is a binder clip?

    And it has a motor hooked up to it? I thought it was more like a Whirly Bird or Texas Star (whatever they call them)

    Binder Clip. and yes it has a motor hooked up and a rheostat to control speed.

    Looks cool, does the motor run direct or it is a belt drive? I figure you need some slip, since it looks like it spins backwards when the weight gets offset.
