It always strikes me odd how methodical Carlos was working with others, but seemed to make decisions concerning his actions rather haphazardly. Not to say rashly, or incorrectly. Just somehow more random and unorthodox.

The best made plans can go to crap very quickly thus causing changing on the fly.
