My Mom is going to Ohio she wants to carry, I don,t think she can but not sure. To be honest I would carry anyway. Better to be judged by 12 than carried by 6.

Under an Indiana LTCH, no. If you get caught and judged by 12, it will be a felony and you will lose your LTCH. My :twocents:

Ohio does have its own carry permit now, but they still do not recognize Indiana's carry permit. This is because Indiana does not require a gun safety course while Ohio does.

You can carry there with a Utah non-resident permit. I believe a Florida non-res is the same.

Also be warned that loaded magazines for rifles in the vehicle are also a big no-no. For them a loaded mag is the same as a loaded rifle and is felony time. So unload those mags before you get to the border.

I live in an adjoining county to the Ohio state line. I purchased a Florida permit mainly for the purpose of carrying there.

Also it is a notification state. You have to notify the officer IMMEDIATELY or face a felony. Each and every officer. Immediately.
