I'm noticing on a few .45 cases there are some dings. Are these ok to reload if the ding insn't too severe? Thoughts on what might be causing this?

Should be fine. Usually it's from hitting the edge of the ejection port on the way out. Adjusting the load might eliminate it, might not.

No worries. The .45 acp is a low pressure round and the cases last a long time. I have reloaded some so many times the writting on the headstamp has been worn off, and they still functioned fine. Pretty much, as long as it holds a primer and a bullet, it is good.

My 45 Compact was doing the same. Had the vendor (RIA) do a bit of work on the ejector and all is well. Mine were a bit worse; worse to the point of actually creasing the brass. What you have, assuming those are the worst of the lot, is no problem. As Leo said, .45 is a low pressure round.

No problem at all. I have reloaded a lot worse 45 acp cases. I know some have been reloaded 12 X without any issue, still using the brass.

You'd probably be better off sending all those beat-up dinged cases to me. I should probably be the one to take the risk of reloading them.

Also any brass that is dirty or has any scratches - ship 'em on over.
