Charter Arms 40 caliber revolver

Does any one have or no someone that has one of these? If so tell me what you think about it. I am looking to make this my next gun purchase.

I read a review in July issue of GUNS magazine. It was a very positive review. I know that magazine reviews generally are due to sponsorship deals with the gun manufacturers, however this looks like a pretty neat little revolver. I had considered one but went with the .44 Bulldog instead. From all I have read and researched, Charter has turned things around with new ownership and are making nice revolvers for the money complete with lifetime warranty.
