We must all remember that the criminals are ok. It's our fault for giving them guns, not theirs for using them. Besides the corrupt s.o.b.s in Chicago need the gang violence and the drugs in order to stay in power. We all know what the capital of Chicago really is. Sure as hell ain't Springfield.
