Chicago is getting tough on crime

I stay out of Chicago as much as possible. Current Mayor has been useless in combating this ugly mess . I don't know how they remedy their problem , but it has gotten worse , not better.

I try to stay out of Chicago. But my job takes me up in the Elk Grove area occasionally. It would be nice if I could carry a firearm on my person when I am in the Chicago area.

With your IN LTCH, you are ok to have it on you while IN your vehicle while in Illinois. Lock it up before you get out.

I am officially boycotting Chi town and IL in general.

I thought Lafayette looked rough last couple times I was there.

I've been boycotting Illinoise since 1998!

The next time you're in Lafayette, hang out near the Marathon station on the corner of 9th and Ferry. Bring body armor and a respirator (for the mobile meth lab fumes)!

Lafayette has been hit hard the last2 years due to the Chicago exudes..

More like the past 5 or 6 years. It' just that it's gotten so bad that the Mayor's office can no longer spin the press releases to cover how bad it's gotten, although they still try on occasion. But hey, according to the local paper Chicago crime coming to Lafayette is just a myth. Ask anybody else that works for the Courts or in law enforcement and you'll get a different answer.

Why don't they just state what the obvious is, "Chicago is sanctuary city for crime".

Unfortunately there is a lot of truth to this statement.

I avoid going through Chiraq as much as I can, and there is nothing there that I can't do without. Illinois in general is not my kind of place.
