    Tell me you guy's think;

    I've been looking for a civilian analog to the police flash bang's. As we all now, civilians can't have them, but I've looking for something similar. I found a Brit company that makes them, called Mk. 12 distraction canister. But alas, they are not sold in the US. Instead we have something almost as good, the mk. 5 Thunderflash. It has a striker matchhead fuse with a 5 second delay. Here's the US store if your interested.

    So, any thoughts?

    Those critters are pretty loud. Played airsoft in a warehouse in Kokomo that the vendor the OP linked to was at. He demo'd a few and man...they disoriented alright. Especially when no one really knew they were coming :D

    I must have a few of these! I've been around legit flash bangs but never heard of these. I just hope they can come close to the disorientation power of the real ones.

    5 second fuse is a little too long, especially when you can see the fuse burning. Theres no surprise. You tube real flash bang demonstrations....much louder.
