What is the difference between a fully transferable and a pre or post sample.
Because the 10/22 was first brought to market in the 60's, so they could legally be converted to FA up until the ban in 86. Many people made a ton of FA 10/22 trigger packs just before the ban, and made a killing. John Norrell comes to mind here, he was a genious. Rumor has it that, he's been releasing 10 new 10/22 packs for sale each year since the ban. Right now they're selling for about 10K each, and there is a waiting list over 2 years long just to get one of his never used trigger packs. That guy is making a darn nice income, and thats his sideline income.Sorry I don't want to seem to ignorant here but if you can't register a f/a after 1986, why are there 10/22's that are full auto?
