    I see them at the tractor shows, so I would guess "yes".

    At my old house (with a shorter driveway) I used my 1976 Troy Bilt Horse with the tines off and the front blade to plow. In fact, I've used it more for plowing than tilling. It will get a tilling workout in the spring, though, due to some leach field repairs of late.
