CLEO sign off in Jeffersonville?

New to the area...

Anyone know if the Jeffersonville PD chief will sign off on NFA items?
If not who is everyone using? Sheriff?
I'd rather not go the trust route if I don't have to.

Also any rec's for a suppressor dealer? Gunbroker lists Kemp's as being c3 dealer.

I have only heard good things come from Kemp's. He will know all the ropes aswell. You know where he's located? If not I'll pm you directions
