Cobray .410 derringer

Found one of these at my LGS the other day. The price was good (under $130). I've fired one before. It was kinda fun. It's chambered in 45 LC/410.

Are these pure junk? My use for it would purely be a range/conversation piece. I would probably only shoot 410 out of it. What are your thoughts?

Is it safe to fire? If so then I don't see anything wrong with having it from a fun perspective. I certainly wouldn't consider it for any serious use.

A friend has one, it got loose real quick.

I have one, been shooting it for a while now, it does loosen up some but it has never been unsafe. They're a lot of fun IMO.

This one was a little loose but tighter than my buddies that I shot several years. If it's still there when I stop in again, think I'll pick it up.

I have the single barrel .45/410 version. Gun got very loose quickly, hammer will fall without pulling trigger. This is one for the blast furnace in my opinion. Save your money for something better.
