Just got this pistol from a dead relative. The serial number is G30661. I went to Colt serial number lookup and it says it's a .22

what the hell? I can't find any information on this pistol. Any help would be appreciated.

My very first cartridge hand gun was an early 20th century Colt Police Positive .22. It was gifted to my Dad with an number of other pistols and was in terrible shape. We took it to a gunsmith who made a new barrel and reblued it for $17.50. I still have it.

Does your pistol look like this?

Yes, but it has a 4" barrel. Any guess on what it's worth? It's 80%+ condition.
