Time for a clean-slate, ground-up rebuild.

Need a new coach. New General Manager. Draft a young quarterback. Keep a couple key pieces and get rid of some expenses veterans.

I think the fan pressure to get a “Young” QB will be felt by the owners suite and if Ballard does not get on board it may be his Waterloo. The retread QB has not worked and Fans are restless. They may bring in a veteran to tutor the draft pick but I suspect season ticket sales will be affected by the decisions made on this.

I will be very disappointed if Ballard is permitted to not do that.

At some point, as Ballard's manager, you have to say "we tried it your way and it failed, now you are being given direction on what you will do. Your other option is the door. "
