What pisses me off is that there is no reason any state should have to pass a law to stop the Govt from doing anything with guns. Constitution was designed for the Federal level and therefore is bound by it. It wasn't created to keep us/States in check.

California is in favor of a bureaucratic, expensive, multi-layered approach that will ultimately not work and drive up costs for the consumer? That figures.

That won't happen here in Indiana is a bad way to look at it. Your talking about politicians, so it can happen here. Look at their track record, and you want to believe them.

We should be holding their feet to a very big fire, and push them toward creating laws that are pre-emptive.We need to protect what we have , before we end up asking what the hell happened.

Sorry I feel this way - but to me the best thing that could happen in Commiefloria is that the San Andreas fault becomes VERY active.

For our younger INGO members, from 1968 to 1986, everytime one purchased ammunition, the FFL would write down your name and address by mandate of federal law.

It assisted in not a single criminal prosecution.

Yes. We can do it smarter. It's an important common sense measure that we must gather the appropriate "resources" to keep the children safe.:D
