Any idea how the door was defeated or what kind of tools were used?

Looks like it wasn't the kind of door you'd want for your front door. It was too flimsy and easily busted open without any tools. I know guys could be strong, but that door must have some very weak locks.

It was the most heavily constructed door I have ever seen in a residence. They even had a wired security system.

All I saw was the aftermath, I have no idea how it was breached.

The only way I can think of since there were no sledge hammer marks, is a 4x4 pushed by a vehicle. I have seen garage doors backed into with pickup trucks where they push far enough in on one side to jump in and load everything into the bed of the pickup, when they pull away the door relaxes and it looks like a big dent but you don't know that you have been ripped off until you enter.

The door they had me replace it with was a high security steel door, but was actually not as heavy as the one that I was replacing. Please don't get mad at me, I mentioned it to the contractor.

Remember, Locks only keep honest people honest.
