I am considering a project of building a very mild home defense shotgun, using a factory pistol grip only, 20 inch barrel Cruiser as the base.
So, with that said, I have 3 specific questions:
1.) Regarding lights, If you use a quality mount, does the flashlight stay tight, even with the heavy recoil of the shotgun? Is there a brand of mount that is recommended?
2.) Is there a recoil-reducing full or collapsible stock that actually does significantly reduce felt recoil and is durable? Any recommendations?
3.) Do you prefer to use a side saddle installed on the gun itself, or are the side saddles that are attached to a stock usable/durable?
I appreciate your thoughts.
