Contender carbine an SBR?

I have an old school contender pistol with a 45-70 super 16 barrel and was thinking of getting a butt stock for it, but I dont know if it would be < 28" or not.

Anyone?

Super 16 and 12 inch lenth of pull on the stock =28 inches plus the frame is almost one in so it is 29 overall. The super 16 was made to be a rifle and a pistol.
