Contender Shooting and Remembering

Got to shoot my Contender today for the first time. It is at .357 mag 10" barrel. Took it to my dads to show it off and we fired off a few rounds. We shot some 38 specials that my grandpa had reloaded years ago. He passed away 9 days ago. It was fun shooting with my dad and brother in law. My grandpa loved shooting and guns (NRA lifetime member) and I imagine he was smiling today. Awesome gun, great plinking load, great day.

Sorry to hear about your Grandpa. Sounds like you have alot of fond memories of him. I have 2 grown daughters that like to shoot and knowing that puts a smile on my face realizing they can handle their selves and are not intimidated by weapons, just like your grandpa was thinking too!
