Now showing at Supreme Court: 'Hillary: The Movie'

Hopefully this has not been posted yet. I personally have a real problem with the courts meddling in the affairs of the media, be it press, or the movie industry. If the document were slanderous that would be one thing. At least the SC is going to hear it and will hopefully overturn the lower court opinion.

I agree that the court shouldn't be involved in the media. But does this sound a bit hypocritical?

"This isn't the first time documentary filmmakers have been questioned in relation to campaign finance laws. Citizens United in 2004 sought to keep filmmaker Michael Moore from advertising "Fahrenheit 9/11" — which was critical of President George W. Bush — in the run-up to the presidential election."

The same group fighting this, tried to do the same thing to Moore. Which as much that I think he is a lying dumb ass, he has as much of a right to produce what he wants as they.
