    Applied 7/22
    Prints 7/29
    Pending ISP 8/4
    Approved 8/31 today!!!
Super excited lol also on my B-Day so I'd say a pretty good present lol

Two of my friends who recently applied for the lifetime had almost the exact same timeline. So it looks like it's currently about 1 month-ish.

Lifetime Renewal (currently have unexpired 4yr)

I don't remember the exact dates I started the process, but really all that matters is when it was submitted locally, sent to ISP, and so forth.

    Submitted locally to police: 9/2
    Electronically submitted to ISP: 9/2
ISP Approved: 9/7 (this includes a 3 day holiday weekend, so really they approved in 1 business day.)

    Waiting for mailing now.

Either I got lucky or they process renewals much faster as mine was no where near a month.

However long it takes, it is too long!
Besides the fact that its unConstitutional, I was so anxious that I checked the mail every day. Only after I decided that it will happen whenever it will and I may as well relax, is when it came.
My daughter went thru the same process.

FWIW: Re upped my 4 yr to lifetime. Started process 9/1. Got printed 9/6 went to Hammond PD same day. Got new card in mail 9/14. My current 4 yr expires 8/17/17 but I'm cautious and I got a bad feeling about whats going on.

Reading previous posts, I consider myself lucky with the wait time.

    September 24th: Applied Online
September 25th: Completed fingerprinting, and local police department processing.
October 12th: I noticed that even though I paid the fee, and completed everything locally, the firearms portal tracking said it was still pending local approval. I thought "Oh crap, they said I was good and they would submit it to ISP". So I went to the police department again and told them the problem in which they acknowledged and this time actually submitted it to the ISP.
    October 13th: Pending ISP approval.
    October 14th: Approved!

If the FWPD didn't make the mistake, I bet I would have received it sooner.

This is my very first permit. I applied for the 4yr.

Fiance received hers in 3 days from the time it was dropped in the mail. Albeit, she does work for ISP so maybe that helped?

Family member, lifetime, 7 days from Sheriff's office to LTCH in the mail. Did electronic option and fingerprints the day before the Sheriff's office who apparently would accept multiple payment options.

Been pending isp since 9-12 I know they say wait sixty days to call but I'm getting impatient after seeing how long I'm waiting in comparison to some others

Ok so even though I just got my ltch on the 20th today i was denied firearms purchase at gander mountainSo my lawyer says next step is to file nics denial appeal which I just did and should know something within 5 days
I am in almost the same situation as you are in, let me know the out come of the appeal. I expunged my record, applied for LTCH and after some months was approved, I tried purchasing a firearm & was denied as well, I didn't do the appeal yet, just curious how yours turned out.

Well waited 60 days for my lifetime sent an email and was approved the next day. Just waiting for it to come in the mail! The wait times for most seems to be very short so if you feel like it's been too long I'd contact ISP and make sure something didn't get delayed or anything.
