That has become more common sense the 1 July No state fee five year license.
My LTCH finally arrived July 2nd, I applied on April 4 literally 3 months to the day. the I think the delay was the local fee as my local police dept. was closed due to covid I’m sure it would have been a shorter process time if not for that.
