    I sometimes have trouble falling asleep at night knowing these goobers are actually the ones that are thought to be responsible for gaming war scenarios successfully. Even cyber attacks.

    "We will be criticized if we don't do everything we can," said Baker, who played national cyber coordinator. "We can straighten out the [legal] authorities over time."

    These guys make Inspector Clousseau look like Albert Einstein. A perfect reason for at least some less than hardcore prepping is reading what these knuckleheads are suggesting even in the event of a cyber attack.
