Two sides of the same coin. No one will be able to get the implementation delayed till 2015. This whole sham was always about revenue. Six years of benefits for ten years of taxes? It was a sham from the beginning! I say roll the dice, fund everything but Ocare. Let the President be the bad guy. Repubs will already take a beating no matter which way it goes. One fact is for sure, if the President wants to play hardball, he will quickly find out that when they can't borrow any more money, tough decisions will have to be made. It may be bad at first but it will shake out in the end, just like the Sequester!
