Discontinued 2010. The Commander Classic Bobtail is a 4.25” series 70 style, commander sized 1911 featuring a stainless steel frame and forged stainless steel slide. Like all Dan Wesson 1911s, Commander models incorporate top quality parts from the best names in the industry.

The 45acp Pistol has less than 500 rounds through it. Comes with 2 factory mags, box and paperwork from the factory. I have 6 Wilson mags available for purchase separately. I have a don hume IWB holster for it as well.
My collection is changing over to a more streamlined type and the 1911's just don't fit my plan. I am the first owner of the firearm. It was purchased from Elmores Firearms back in late 2009, I believe. The newer versions of this model go for 1300 bucks, and the blasted finish on them isn't nearly as nice IMO.
Price is 950 and I will drive a few miles to meet up. Must have a LTCH or be willing to pay for the transfer at a gun shop. Open to partial trades for a Ruger GP100, 20rnd 308 magpul mags, Jerry cans and lead casting gear. Just check my trader rating for sales and purchases. Buy with confidence.
