A lot of folks I know have been waiting YEARS to get a tattoo. Why force them to wait another day?

Though, I suppose this won't really matter in DC. Who the heck vacations there and gets a spur of the moment body mod?

Watch "Bad Ink". Contemplate some of the vandalism people have inflicted on themselves when they are obliviated drunk. I have to play mother-may-I for months to exercise an enumerated right, and that's when I'm in my right mind.

As long as the waiting period is only for really important things like body art and not for trivial stuff like ending a life.
